Fire barriers to roof
Block B
Perimeter brickwork, 2nd floor
First fix electrics, ground floor
High level mechanical services installation, 2nd floor
Internal walls, 4th & 5th floor
Brickwork & ductworks, 5th floor
Paving & stones to roof
Air source heat pump delivery and loadout to roof
Block C
Brickwork, 2nd & 3rd floor
Lift installation
Ductwork & ceiling grid, lower ground floor
Mechanical & electrical testing & sign off, ground floor
Sprinkler testing, 3rd floor
Pitched roof covering to 3rd/4th floor
Otto Close
Scaffold adaptions to 2nd floor, houses 1-4
Roof truss installation, houses 5-7
