Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place from the week commencing Monday 10 February 2025 in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.

Monday 10 - Friday 14 February; Saturday 15 February (08.00 - 13.00)

 Block A

  • Brickwork snagging & cleaning

  • Scaffold Strike

  • Lift installation ongoing

  • Plastering & boarding of corridors

  • Installation of front doors

  • Final decoration to 1st floor apartments

  • Tiling - 2nd floor bathrooms & kitchens

  • Kitchen installation, 3rd floor

  • Installation of switches, sockets & lights, 3rd floor

  • Fire barriers to roof

Block B

  • Perimeter brickwork, 2nd floor

  • First fix electrics, ground floor

  • High level mechanical services installation, 2nd floor

  • Internal walls, 4th & 5th floor

  • Brickwork & ductworks, 5th floor

  • Paving & stones to roof

  • Air source heat pump delivery and loadout to roof

Block C

  • Brickwork, 2nd & 3rd floor

  • Lift installation

  • Ductwork & ceiling grid, lower ground floor

  • Mechanical & electrical testing & sign off, ground floor

  • Sprinkler testing, 3rd floor

  • Pitched roof covering to 3rd/4th floor

Otto Close

  • Scaffold adaptions to 2nd floor, houses 1-4

  • Roof truss installation, houses 5-7

  • Installing steels for 2nd floor, houses 8-11
