Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place from the week commencing Monday 3 February 2025 in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.

Monday 3 - Friday 7 February; Saturday 8 February (08.00 - 13.00)

 Block A

  • Brickwork to 3rd floor patterned panel & perimeter snagging

  • Lift installation ongoing

  • Plastering ground floor corridors & decorating apartments

  • Tiling - 1st & 2nd floor bathrooms & kitchens

  • Kitchen delivery & installation, 2nd & 3rd floor

  • Installation of internal doors, utility cupboards, switches & lights, 3rd floor

Block B

  • UKPN fitout works to substation

  • Perimeter brickwork, 2nd floor

  • First fix electrics, ground floor

  • High level mechanical services installation, 2nd floor

  • Internal walls, 3rd & 4th floor

  • Blockwork & brickwork to 4th floor roof area

  • Roof leadwork

Block C

  • Brickwork, 2nd & 3rd floor

  • Lift installation

  • Wall closures, ceiling grid & plastering - lower ground floor

  • Mechanical & electrical testing & sign off, ground floor

  • Sprinkler testing, 2nd floor

  • Pitched roof covering & waterproofing

Otto Close

  • Joist installation, houses 1-4

  • Structural steel & roof truss installation, houses 5-7

  • Brickwork to first floor, 8-11

  • No large deliveries planned

Notes/Future works

  • UKPN are on target to finish the electrical connection works before their permit ends on Tuesday 4 February.
