Brickwork to 3rd patterned panel & perimeter snagging
Lift installation
Tiling - ground floor bathrooms
Kitchen delivery & installation - 1st & 2nd floors
Boarding of corridors and Lights, 2nd floor
Utility Cupboards fit outs, 2nd & 3rd floor
Baths & kitchen plumbing, lights & switches, 2nd floor
Plastering & mist coating 3rd floor

Block B

Perimeter brickwork, 2nd floor
First fix electrics, ground floor
High level mechanical services installation, 1st floor
Internal walls, 3rd floor
Blockwork & brickwork to 4th floor roof area
Screed & external boarding, to 6th floor
Roof waterproofing

Block C

Brickwork, 2nd & 3rd floor
Lift installation
Wall insulation, ductwork & service sign off - lower ground floor
Mechanical & electrical testing & sign off, ground floor
Lagging to copper pipes, 2nd & 3rd floor
Pitched roof covering to 3rd & 4th floor roof
Roof blockwork, brickwork & waterproofing

Otto Close

Joist installation, houses 1-4
Structural steel & roof truss installation, houses 5-7
Brickwork to first floor, 8-11
No large deliveries planned

Notes/Future works

UKPN will be completing the electrical connection works, which is likely to involve a lane closure on Sydenham Hill. They have a permit from Wednesday 22 January until Tuesday 4 February. We apologise for the disruption this will cause.

Security

The night security guard remains on site. We have ordered a new phone to be used as an emergency contact only, this is due next week and we will share the number with residents as soon as it is set up.
