Internal blockwork, ground floor by staircase
Perimeter brickwork, 2nd floor
Internal walls, 2nd - 3rd floor
Blockwork & brickwork to 4th floor roof area
Screed, party walls & masonry support, 5th floor
External boarding & windows, 6th floor
Roof waterproofing
Block C
Brickwork, 2nd & 3rd floor
Loadout of materials for lift installation
Wall insulation, ductwork & service sign off - lower ground floor
Mechanical & electrical testing & sign off, ground floor

Notes/Future works
UKPN will be returning to complete the electrical connection works, which is likely to involve a lane closure on Sydenham Hill. They have a permit from Wednesday 22 January until Tuesday 4 February. We apologise for the disruption this will cause. We understand that the previous lights (for Thames Water connection) were faulty, so we will ask UKPN/TFL to provide contact information should this happen again and will update you when we know the confirmed road closure dates.
Security
We now have a security guard monitoring the site over the evenings and weekends. If you need to contact him (i.e. he can access the fuse board if the estate lighting trips), please call or message him on:
