Scaffold Strike & window cleaning down to 3rd floor
Lift installation ongoing
Plastering & boarding of corridors
Final decoration & snagging to ground & 1st floor apartments
Tiling - 3rd floor bathrooms & kitchens
Utility Cupboards & balcony sills, 3rd floor
Paving and stones to roof
Mechanical pipework installation in atrium
Block B
Perimeter brickwork, 2nd floor
High level mechanical services installation, 3rd floor
Internal walls & brickwork, 5th floor
Ductwork, 6th floor
Scaffold bridge to 4th floor roof area
Roof truss delivery & installation to 4th floor roof
Block C
Installation of plant to plantroom
Brickwork, 2nd & 3rd floor
Lift installation ongoing
Ductwork & ceiling grid, lower ground floor
Mechanical & electrical testing & sign off, ground floor
Plastering - 1st floor
Sprinkler testing, 3rd floor
Pitched roof covering to 3rd/4th floor
Fascia and gutter installation to lower roof (3rd floor)

Roof truss and dorma installation, houses 5-7
