Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place commencing from Tuesday 9 May 2023, in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.
Please note that there will be no work taking place on Saturday 6th May as previously indicated. There will also be no work on Monday 8 May, which is a Bank Holiday.
Tuesday 9 May – Friday 12 May
Works will include:
Continuing hard demolition of Mais House, this includes the removal of foundations and site clearance
Foundation removal and site clearance of Otto Close garage area.
Saturday 13 May - Sunday 14 May
No works planned to take place.
Deliveries
Demolition tipper lorries
Approximately ten tipper lorries per day taking muck away.

Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00
Saturday 08:00 to 13:00
