Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place from the week commencing Monday 1st May 2023, in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.
Please note that there will be no work taking place on Saturday 29th April as previously indicated. There will also be no work on Bank Holiday Monday 1st May.
Tuesday 2nd May – Friday 5th May
Works will include:
· Continuing hard demolition of Mais House, this includes the removal of foundations and site clearance
· Foundation removal and site clearance of Otto Close garage area
· Hoarding works above the brick wall on Sydenham Hill
· Painting of the hoarding
Saturday 6th May – Sunday 7th May
· Continued removal of foundations at Mais House – between 08.00 and 13.00 on Saturday.
Note
· Last week a notification was sent out regarding the relocation of site hoarding due to the drainage design. Following discussions at the CLG meeting on 26 April it has been agreed to delay this change until July, so it will not be moved during w/c 1 May 2023.
Deliveries
· Demolition tipper lorries
· Approximately ten tipper lorries per day taking muck away.
