Sydenham Hill Estate Weekly Works - w/c 24 April

Dear Neighbour,

Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place from the week commencing Monday 24 April 2023, in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.

Monday 24 April – Friday 28 April

Works will include:

  • Continuing hard demolition of Mais House, this includes the removal of foundations

  • Site clearance of Otto Close garage area

  • Hoarding works above the brick wall on Sydenham Hill

  • Painting of the hoarding

  • CCTV installation on hoarding around the site.

Saturday 29 April – Sunday 30 April

Works could include:

  • Continued removal of foundations at Mais House – between 08.00 and 13.00 on Saturday.

Deliveries

  • Demolition tipper lorries for demolition

  • Approximately 10 tippers per day taking muck away

General Site Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00

Saturday 08:00 to 13:00
