Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place from the week commencing Monday 15th May 2023, in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.
Monday 15th May – Friday 19th May
Works will include:
Site clearance of plant and materials from Mais House
Foundation removal and site clearance of Otto Close
Exploratory surveys in Otto Close and Rose Court
Painting of the hoarding
Saturday 20th May – Sunday 21st May
No works planned
Note
The site activities will be dramatically reduced as the demolition phase will be completed this week. Over the following few weeks there will be limited site activity with mainly survey work being undertaken to further the design process
