Dear Neighbour,

Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place from the week commencing Monday 22 May 2023, in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.

We would like to inform you that there will be minimal on-site activity in the coming weeks. During this period, the primary focus will be on conducting surveys to gather additional information for the design process.

Monday 22nd May – Friday 26th May

Works will include:

Exploratory surveys at Otto Close ball court
Painting of the hoarding

Saturday 20th May – Sunday 21st May

No works planned to take place

Note

The ball court area will be out of use whilst we conduct surveys throughout the week.

Deliveries

None planned during the week
Please note that though there won’t be any works taking place on Saturday 20 May, contractors will be picking up of one excavator from Mais House tomorrow morning. This should take approximately 30 minutes.
