Dear Neighbour,

Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place from the week commencing Monday 29 May 2023, in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.

There will be minimal on-site activity this week and for most of June. During this period, the primary focus will be on conducting surveys to gather additional information for the design process.

Tuesday 30 May – Friday 2 June (no work on Bank Holiday Monday 29 May)

Works will include:

· Exploratory surveys at Otto Close ball court

· Exploratory surveys for services at Mais House

· Painting of the hoarding.

Saturday 3 June – Sunday 4 June

· No works planned to take place.

Notes

· The ball court area will be out of use whilst we conduct surveys throughout the week.
