Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place from the week commencing Monday 5 June 2023, in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.

There will be minimal on-site activity this week and for most of June. During this period, the primary focus will be on conducting surveys to gather additional information for the design process.

Monday 5 June – Friday 9 June

Works will include:

Ecologist on site to ascertain if the magpies have fledged, if so the final trees will be felled
Exploratory surveys for services at Mais House
Painting of the hoarding.

Saturday 10 June – Sunday 11 June

No works planned to take place.

Deliveries

Only lorries to remove the tree stumps and branches if the felling goes ahead
UKPN cable delivery for incoming electrical services
