Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place from the week commencing Monday 2 September 2024 in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.
Monday 2 - Friday 6 September
Block A
Brickwork between the ground floor and level 1
Boarding to external walls on level 3
Internal walls on levels 1 & 2
Mechanical & electrical services on level 1
Roof truss installation
Roof waterproofing works
Block B
Metal framework forming external walls on the 1st floor
Electrical works within the substation, which will eventually provide permanent power to the site
External works to facilitate the meter installation by Thames Water. This will require a road closure for the final connection to the site - currently planned for October (Please note that the date may be subject to change).
Scaffolding erected around the perimeter of the building to allow access for the external finishes
Concrete pour for the level 5 floor slab
Block C
Boarding to the external frame of the building
Delivery of roof trusses
Window installation
External brickwork on the lower ground floor
Internal blockwork on the lower ground floor
Otto Close
Mains water supply connection works*
Backfilling service trench
Scaffold matt installation
Clearing materials off site.
Saturday 7 September (08.00 – 13.00)
Continuation of works listed above
Noisy works
Plant movement (excavators and dumpers)
Deliveries
Muck removal lorries in and out of main gate
Concrete lorries in and out of the delivery gate
Note/Future works
Regarding Otto Close works, please be advised that a partial road closure will be in place for the duration of service enabling works. Access to Otto Close will be maintained at all times
