Note
As noted last week, the City Corporation has instructed surveyors Calford Seaden to carry out condition surveys at properties bordering the development site. They have been present at the Estate on Tuesday 25 July and Wednesday 26 July. They will also be present on Wednesday 2 August between 10am and 12pm and Thursday 3 August between 10am and 3pm. Letters have been sent to those properties being surveyed on these dates. If you wish to book a specific time on your survey day or would like to move to the other dates as stated above, please contact Alison Hann - ahann@calfordseaden.com

Temporary Relocation of Bus Stop Outside Mais House
As you may be aware, the construction of the new Mais House requires construction vehicle access through the gate currently located by the bus stand outside Mais House. To ensure unrestricted construction vehicle access, we need to temporarily relocate both the bus stand and bus stop.
After reviewing options with Transport for London and Lewisham Highways, it has been decided that the bus stop will be moved to outside Lammas Green for the duration of the construction.
The relocation works will take place during the week of 7 August 2023.
Transport for London will post notices with further details, but please be aware that if you park your car in that area, you should arrange to move it before the start of that week.
