Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place from the week commencing Monday 7 August 2023 in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.

Note
Starting from the week commencing 14 August 2023, Lovell are planning to remobilise on site, undertaking ground works and piling. They will be utilising machinery, including diggers, a piling rig, dumpers and excavators to progress with the project. As a result there will be increased activity on-site from this time forward.
Next week, in preparation for this mobilisation on site, temporary welfare facilities will be set up in the ball court - this is not expected to cause any disturbances to residents.

Temporary Relocation of Bus Stop Outside Mais House
As you may be aware, the construction of the new Mais House requires construction vehicle access through the gate currently located by the bus stand outside Mais House. To ensure unrestricted construction vehicle access, we need to temporarily relocate both the bus stand and bus stop.
After reviewing options with Transport for London and Lewisham Highways, it has been decided that the bus stop will be moved to outside Lammas Green for the duration of the construction.
The relocation works will take place during the week of 7 August 2023 and the temporary bus stop is expected to be in place up until October 2025.
Transport for London will post notices with further details, but please be aware that if you park your car in that area, you should arrange to move it before the start of next week.
