Groundwork investigations and surveys at Mais House may continue
Hoarding realignment – to the south of Mais House near Otto Close residents and the path just below the site (refer to the attachment)
Hoarding installed to the back garden of 23 Lammas Green
Tree facilitation pruning works to both Mais House and Otto Close
Toilet block being delivered to Mais House
Saturday 29 July – Sunday 30 July
No works planned
Note
As noted last week, the City Corporation has instructed surveyors Calford Seaden to carry out condition surveys at properties bordering the development site and they have sent out letters to those properties. They carried out some surveys this week and will be back on Thursday 25 and Friday 26 July between 10am and 3pm. If you have any queries, please contact Alison: ahann@calfordseaden.com
