There will be minimal work taking place during the week commencing Monday 17 July 2023 in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.

Groundwork investigations and surveys at Mais House may continue
As noted last week, the City Corporation has instructed surveyors Calford Seaden to carry out condition surveys at properties bordering the development site. They will be in Sydenham Hill to carry out surveys on:
20/21 July 10am – 3pm
25/26 July 10am – 3pm
Information on how to book will be on letters that residents of those properties will receive early next week. If you have any queries in the meantime, please contact info@sydenhamhillproject.com.
