There will be minimal work taking place during the week commencing Monday 10 July 2023 in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.

Lewisham will be carrying out an upgrade of the pavement crossover at the access to this site from Sydenham Hill
Potential groundwork investigations and surveys at Mais House
Estate Works
Otto Close/Lammas Green Boundary Wall: Abbotts (City of London contractor) will be attending on the morning of Tuesday 11 July. Laurie Smith will also be on site to oversee the works, which will involve the installation of heli-bars and corner straps. This will be a temporary repair to strengthen the wall. Further surveys will take place to establish what further repair works are required ahead of tree replanting.
Note
The City Corporation has instructed surveyors Calford Seadon to carry out condition surveys at properties bordering the development site. They will be sending out introductory letters inviting you to book in a survey in the coming weeks.
