Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place from the week commencing Monday 30 October 2023 in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.

Monday 30 October - Friday 3 November

Ground excavations for piling rig by Block B (Please see attached plan which shows the locations of Blocks A, B & C)
Piling mat finalising at Blocks A and B
Piling in Block C
Drainage works to attenuation tank area
Site cabin bases laid
Hoarding works at Sydenham Hill Road

Saturday 4 November - Sunday 5 November

No works taking place

Noisy works

Plant movement (excavators and dumpers) at Mais House
Piling – there will be whirring and pumping noises from the piling rigs

Deliveries

Muck away lorries in and out of main gate
Concrete delivered in and out of main gate

Note

As part of the drainage works, we need to close the pathway by 16-17 Otto Close to carry out the excavation of a manhole. These works commenced on Friday 27 October. We will reopen the pathway over the weekend and will need to close it again on Monday 30 October.
