Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place from the week commencing Monday 23 October 2023 in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.

Monday 23 October - Friday 27 October

Ground excavations for piling rig by Blocks A and B
Drainage works to attenuation tank area
Tree facilitation pruning to T48 (end of Block C) and T93 (by turnstile)
Hoarding works continuing at Sydenham Hill Road

Saturday 28 October - Sunday 29 October

No works taking place

Noisy works

Plant movement (excavators and dumpers) at Mais House

Deliveries

Muck away lorries in and out of main gate
Piling Rig and piling plant deliveries to site at the end of the week

Notes

Thank you to those who attended our fourth Meet the Contractor Event on Thursday 5 October. The meeting notes have been added to the presentation slides under the ‘Lovell’ tab on the project website: Link here.
As part of the drainage works, we will need to close the pathway by 16-17 Otto Close to carry out the excavation of a manhole. We anticipate this work could take up to 2 days and apologise for the disruption. Notices will be put up by the pathway with an alternate route when the works are due take place – see plan below/attached.
