Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place from the week commencing Monday 25 September 2023, in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.
Note: Saturday 23 - Sunday 24 September
We have been informed by TFL that the works to move the bus stop and bus stand will be completed this weekend following the line-marking works they carried out last weekend.
Monday 25 September – Friday 29 September
Starting of vegetation strip. This is just the vegetation level and does not contain any asbestos
The groundworks sub-contractor will be undertaking their site set-up, including wheelwash stations and changing facilities
The site services sub-contractor is scheduled to deliver and install the electrical boards and temporary plumbing
Hoarding works are planned by Mais House and on Sydenham Hill Road.
Saturday 30 September - Sunday 1 October
No works taking place

Lovell is scheduled to install 2 community engagement boards (Ball Court/Mais House) where information will be shared.

We will be holding our fourth Meet the Contractor Event on Thursday 5th October at Lammas Green Community Hall to give you a construction update and answer any questions you may have. The presentation will start at 6.30pm, and the team will be available from 6pm to discuss any issues you may have.
