Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place from the week commencing Monday 2 October 2023 in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.
Monday 2 October - Friday 6 September
Ground excavations for piling rig to commence by Block B (next to the main gate).
Drainage works to attenuation tank area
Hoarding works at Sydenham Hill Road
Saturday 7 October - Sunday 8 October
No works taking place
Noisy works
Plant movement (excavators and dumpers) at Mais House

Note
The specialist asbestos consultant will be on site all week to oversee all works and ensure all precautions are undertaken in accordance with the strict regulations. Further information on the remediation strategy and timeline will be shared by the project team next week – please let us know if you have any questions you would like answering.
Please come to our fourth Meet the Contractor Event on Thursday 5th October at Lammas Green Community Hall. We will give you a construction update/look-ahead and answer any questions you may have. The presentation will start at 6.30pm, and the team will be available from 6pm to discuss any issues you may have.
