Sydenham Hill Estate Weekly Works - w/c 17 April

Please see below activities relating to the Sydenham Hill Redevelopment Project which are due to take place from Monday 17 April 2023.

Monday 17 April – Friday 21 April

Works will include:

  • Hard demolition of Mais house continuing – this includes scaffold provision to the gable end of Mais House, adjacent to the footpath, which will be removed once no longer required. We will also commence the removal of the existing foundations

  • Hard demolition to garages in Otto Close continuing including a small number of survey trial holes

  • Bat relocation works continuing

  • Hoarding works above the brick wall on Sydenham Hill

  • Painting of the hoarding

  • CCTV installation on the hoarding around the site

  • Installation of 2 x time lapse cameras at Mais House and Otto Close by Evercam. These will be fixed to poles and be used to document progress on site.

Saturday 22 April – Sunday 23 April

  • No works.

Deliveries

  • Demolition tipper lorries for demolition

  • Approximately 10 tippers per day taking muck away

Saturday 9:00 to 13:00
