Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place from the week commencing Monday 13 November 2023 in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.

Monday 13 November - Friday 17 November

Site cabin commissioning
Green route installed to site cabins from the turnstile
Drainage works to attenuation tank area
Piling mat installation on Block B (see plan for layout showing Blocks A/B/C)
Piling to Block B
Hoarding painting to Sydenham Hill wall
Footpath closure for drainage works to the south of the attenuation tank area*
Possible removal of temporary site cabins from Otto Close

Saturday 18 November - Sunday 19 November

No works taking place

Noisy works

Plant movement (excavators and dumpers)
Piling rig and concrete pumping for piling, roller for pile mat

Deliveries

Muck away lorries in and out of main gate
Concrete delivered in and out of main gate

Note

*As part of the drainage works, we need to again close the pathway by 16-17 Otto Close to carry out the excavation of a manhole. The date is to be confirmed, we will let you know and put up notices with the diversion route.
