Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place from the week commencing Monday 11 September 2023, in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.
Works will be starting back on-site next week as we commence the remediation works. This will be a soft start for the next few weeks, but you will see more activity on site.
Monday 11 September – Friday 15 September
• Surveyors on site from Wednesday marking out the site
• No machinery yet on site
Saturday 16 September – Sunday 17 September
• No works planned to take place.
Notes
• Following the further ground surveys at Otto Close, we have had an interim report that of the 65% that has been analysed to date, no asbestos has been found.

• We will be holding our fourth Meet the Contractor Event on Thursday 5th October to give you a construction update and answer any questions you may have.
