Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place from the week commencing Monday 10 March 2025 in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.

Monday 10 - Friday 14 March; Saturday 15 March (08.00 - 13.00)

 Block A

  • Brickwork snagging

  • Scaffold Strike & window cleaning 1st & 2nd floor

  • Staircase painting & conduit install

  • Plastering & boarding of corridors & ceilings

  • Snagging & finals to ground floor apartments

  • Decoration of 1st, 2nd & 3rd floor apartments

  • Appliance delivery & installation, 1st floor

  • Vaulted ceiling boarding, 3rd floor

  • Electrical installation in atrium

  • Gable brickwork, 4th floor

  • Installing cladding to roof plant area

Block B

  • Brickwork, 3rd floor perimeter & 5th floor

  • Mechanical & electrical sign off, ground floor apartments

  • Drylining, 1st & 2nd floor

  • Pipe lagging, 3rd floor

  • High level mechanical services installation, 4th & 5th floor

  • Roof truss installation to 4th floor roof

  • Brickwork, 5th floor

  • Felt & batton to 6th floor roof

Block C

  • Plant connections in plantroom

  • Brickwork, 3rd floor

  • Second fix joinery & M&E, lower ground floor

  • Ceiling grid & corridor wall closures & plastering, 1st - 3rd floor

  • Completing tiling to lower roof

Otto Close

  • Roof truss & dorma installation, houses 1-4

  • Roof covering & gable wall installation, houses 5-7

  • Internal scaffold adaption, houses 8-11

Future works/deliveries

  • The smaller crane is now due to be removed on Saturday 15 March.
