Ceilings in Atrium
Gable brickwork, 4th floor
Installing cladding to roof plant area

Block B

Brickwork, 3rd floor perimeter & 5th floor
Mechanical & electrical sign off, ground floor apartments
Drylining, 1st & 2nd floor
Plastering to 1st floor apartments
Mechanical services installation & sign off, 3rd, 4th & 5th floor

Block C

Plant connections in plantroom
Brickwork, 3rd & 4th floor
Kitchens & painting mist coat, lower ground floor
Tiling, ground floor
Ceiling grid & corridor wall closures & plastering, 2nd floor
Scaffold strike to lower roof
Cladding installation to roof

Otto Close

Roof truss & dorma installation, houses 1-4
Roof covering & gable wall installation, houses 5-7
Blockwork to roof, houses 8-11

Deliveries

The smaller crane is due to be removed tomorrow, Saturday 15 March. Depending on weather/traffic, it might be possible that this will run past 1pm, but we will only know this in the morning. If you have any queries on Saturday about this, please contact Hannah on the number below.

Notes/Future works

Lovell have been liaising with the Estates team to move the fuse board from the garages which is hoped will resolve the issues with the external lighting on Otto Close. These works (including testing the line) will take place on Tuesday 25 March.
