Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place from the week commencing Monday 10 June 2024 in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.

Monday 10 – Friday 14 June

Block A:

Concrete pour to third floor columns and lift shaft.
Building retaining wall foundations

Block B:

Concrete pour to ground floor columns and wall.

Block C:

Concrete pour to level 2 slab and columns
Building the structure to hold the concrete for 1st floor/upper ground floor.

All blocks:

Works to lay the perimeter drainage and services to the main buildings and substation.
Site welfare cabins installation

Otto Close:

Installation of the attenuation tanks
Reduced level dig and exposing piles for substructure works.
Hoarding works around Lammas Green
Painting hoarding around new walkway.

Saturday 15 June

Blocks A/B/C:

Material reorganisation
Steel fixing

Noisy works

Plant movement (excavators and dumpers)

Deliveries

Muck removal lorries in and out of main gate
Concrete lorries in and out of the delivery gate

It was great to see those of you were able to attend our Meet the contractor BBQ on Thursday. The updates that were shared can be viewed on the website here

Community Liaison Group

Our Community Liaison Group (CLG) consisting of residents, the City of London Corporation, Lovell and local councillors meet regularly to discuss and resolve issues related to the development and seek to identify benefits that the project can make to the estate and the wider community. Our next meeting will be on Thursday 27 June 2024. If you have any issues you would like your resident representatives to raise on your behalf at this meeting, please contact us.
