Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place from the week commencing Monday 3 June 2024 in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.

Monday 3 – Friday 7 June

Block A:

Concrete pour to third floor columns and lift shaft.
Building retaining wall foundations

Block B:

Concrete pour to ground floor columns and wall.

Block C:

Concrete pour to level 2 slab and columns
Building the structure to hold the concrete for 1st floor/upper ground floor.

All blocks:

Works to lay the perimeter drainage and services to the main buildings and substation.
Site welfare cabins installation

Otto Close:

Piling
Replace Heras fencing with hoarding.

Saturday 8 June

Blocks A/B/C:

Material reorganisation
Steel fixing

Otto Close:

Piling

Noisy works

Plant movement (excavators and dumpers)
Concrete pumping for piling (Otto Close)

Deliveries

Muck removal lorries in and out of main gate
Concrete lorries in and out of the delivery gate

Meet the Contractor Event

We will be holding our 5th Meet the Contractor event on Thursday 6 June 2024, 5-7pm in the ball court area. Please come along and ask any questions you may have for the Lovell team.
