Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place from the week commencing Monday 5 February 2024 in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.

Monday 5 – Friday 9 February

Pile cropping to Block A, Block B & Block C

Pile caps to Block A & Block C
Ground Beams to Block A & Block C
Drainage works at Block A & Block C
Lift core at Block A & Block C
Drainage works for Otto Close starting by 23 Lammas Green to include surveys, vegetation clearing and Heras fencing.

Saturday 10 – Sunday 11 February

No works will take place

Noisy works

Plant movement (excavators and dumpers)

Deliveries

Muck away lorries in and out of main gate
Concrete lorries in and out of the delivery gate

Note: Fence on Sydenham Hill behind the temporarily relocated bus stop:

Further to the letter sent by CoL on 14 December 2023 proposing a fence to deter anti-social behaviour, we will be proceeding with the installation of the fence in w/c 5 February, which should take approximately 1 week.
