Block A

Brickwork snagging
Rainwater connections to balconies
Ground floor entrance & atrium area - closing walls
Staircase conduit install nearly complete
Mechanical riser door installation
Finishing to corridors & ceilings
Snagging & finals to all apartments
Gable brickwork, 4th floor
Installing cladding to roof plant area

Block B

Brickwork, 4th & 5th floor perimeter
Mechanical & electrical sign off, ground floor apartments
Drylining & ceiling closures, 1st & 2nd floor
Plastering to 1st & 2nd floor apartments
Mechanical services lagging & sign off, 4th & 5th floor
High level mechanical service installation & testing, 6th floor
Felt & batten to 7th floor roof
Waterproofing to gutter

Block C

Plant connections in plantroom
Brickwork, 3rd & 4th floor
Mastic to external windows & movement joints
Tiling, 1st & 2nd floor apartments
Kitchen installations, 2nd floor
Ceiling grid, corridor wall closures & plastering, 3rd floor
Ridge tile installation to roof
Cladding installation to roof

Otto Close

Roof covering & dorma installation ongoing, houses 1-4
Roof tiling, staircase installation & ground floor screen, houses 5-7
Brickwork & blockwork to gable walls & roof truss, houses 8-11

Deliveries

There are no planned large deliveries. There will be a screed lorry delivering the screed on Wednesday but this is not planned to block the road

Notes/Future works

The works to move the fuse board from the garages which is hoped will resolve the issues with the external lighting on Otto Close is now due to take place from Monday 31 March.
