Brickwork snagging
Mastic to external windows & movement joints, ground floor
Staircase conduit install
Balcony installation (Tuesday & Wednesday)
Plastering & boarding of corridors & ceilings
Snagging & finals to all apartments
Scaffold strike in atrium
Gable brickwork, 4th floor
Installing cladding to roof plant area

Block B

Brickwork, 3rd floor perimeter & 5th floor
Mechanical & electrical sign off, ground floor apartments
Drylining, 1st & 2nd floor
Plastering to 1st floor apartments
Mechanical services installation & sign off, 4th & 5th floor
High level mechanical service installation & testing, 6th floor
Felt & batten to 7th floor roof

Block C

Plant connections in plantroom
Brickwork, 3rd & 4th floor
Mastic to external windows & movement joints
Tiling, ground & 1st floor apartments
Kitchen installations, 1st floor
Ceiling grid, corridor wall closures & plastering, 2nd floor
Ridge tile installation to roof
Cladding installation to roof

Otto Close

Roof truss & dorma installation ongoing, houses 1-4
Roof covering & gable wall installation ongoing, houses 5-7
Roof truss & gable wall installation, houses 8-11

Deliveries

There may be a scaffold delivery to Otto Close next week - we will confirm if/when we know the date.

Notes/Future works

Lovell have been liaising with the Estates team to move the fuse board from the garages which is hoped will resolve the issues with the external lighting on Otto Close. These works (including testing the line) will take place on Tuesday 25 March.

Community Liaison Group (CLG)
