Dear Neighbour,

Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place from the week commencing Monday 25 March 2024 in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.

Monday 25 – Thursday 28 March

We are starting to come out of the ground in Blocks A and C. The ground floor is due to be completed in Block A, and we will be working on the actual building above ground.

Block A:

Building the structure to hold the concrete being poured for the first floor
Vertical Concrete columns consisting of steel work and concrete to hold up the concrete to the first-floor slab during construction
Drainage Installation

Block B:

Cutting down concrete to foundation piles
Lift shaft
Steelwork to concrete floor
Drainage Installation

Block C:

Building the structure to hold the concrete being poured for the first floor
Vertical steel work for ground concrete floor
Concrete to the Retaining wall

Otto Close:

Drainage diversion works by 23 Lammas Green
Kingpost install to hold back the ground level.

Friday 29 March – Monday 1 April

No works will take place over the Easter weekend.

Noisy works

• Plant movement (excavators and dumpers)

Deliveries

• Muck removal lorries in and out of main gate

• Concrete lorries in and out of the delivery gate

Note

Please note that we anticipate that works will be taking place on Saturdays from April onwards between the permitted hours of 8am – 1pm as we need to make up lost time due to the weather over the winter. We will notify you every week of Saturday works.
