Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place from the week commencing Monday 24 June 2024 in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.
Monday 24 – Friday 28 June
Block A:
Building the structure to hold concrete on the roof level floor
Scaffolding - ground floor to first floor ongoing
Block B:
Building the structure to hold the concrete for 1st floor
Reinforcement to concrete columns
Service trenches at sections for water mains installation, including meter installation from Thames Water
Block C:
Building the structure to hold the concrete for the 3rd floor
All blocks:
Perimeter drainage - nearing completion
Waterproofing installation
Otto Close:
Groundworks to foundations
Saturday 29 June
Continuation of works listed above
Noisy works
Plant movement (excavators and dumpers)
Deliveries
Muck removal lorries in and out of main gate
Concrete lorries in and out of the delivery gate
