Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place from the week commencing Monday 19 February 2024 in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.

Monday 19 – Friday 23 February

Pile caps to Block A & Block C
Ground Beams to Block A & Block C
Under slab drainage works at Block A & Block C
Lift core at Block A & Block C
Preparation for ground floor slab at Block C
Installation of fence on Sydenham Hill
Duct for telecoms installation (see note below)
Otto Close: Drainage works, vegetation removal and brick wall removal as per approved listed building consent.

Saturday 24 – Sunday 25 February

No works will take place

Noisy works

Plant movement (excavators and dumpers)

Deliveries

Otto Close: Earth materials deliveries in and out of gate
Muck away lorries in and out of main gate
Concrete lorries in and out of the delivery gate

Note

We will be installing a duct for telecoms (BT Fibre) by the site entrance to Mais House. The alleyway leading to Sydenham Hill will be traffic managed for half the day while works are carried out.

Meet the Contractor Event

We will be holding our next Meet the Contractor Event on Wednesday 21st February at 6.30pm at Lammas Green Community Hall to give you a construction update and answer any questions you may have. We hope you will be able to join us.
