Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place from the week commencing Monday 18 December 2023 in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project. The site will close for the Christmas period from lunchtime on Friday 22 December 2023 and will reopen on Tuesday 2 January 2024.
Monday 18 December - Friday 22 December
· Pile cropping to Block A
· Sitewide drainage works ongoing
· Delivery road remediation works
· Tower Crane (TC1) erection and testing Wednesday 20 - Thursday 21 December*
Saturday 23 December – Monday 1 January
· No works will take place
Noisy works
· Plant movement (excavators and dumpers)
· Mobile crane to erect TC1 in and out of the main road on Wednesday 20 and Thursday 21 December
Deliveries
· Muck away lorries in and out of main gate
*Note
· Please note that the tower crane needs to be off the road by 7.00am due to highways requirements. It will therefore be driven onto site at around 6.30am. It will then be parked, and the engine turned off and no other works will take place until the 8am site operating time.
