Programme Update from Lovell
We are writing to let you know that from the week commencing Monday 13th February 2023, tree felling is provisionally scheduled to commence. We will be carrying out this work with great sensitivity and under the guidance of our independent arboriculturist and ecologist.
In total 19 trees will be felled across both Mais House and Otto Close. These trees are not under protection orders and the work is necessary to progress with the project and deliver new affordable homes for those in need.
During the week commencing Monday 6th February 2023 we will be offering time slots so that residents can view the trees before felling takes place.
Monday 6th February between the hours of 7:00am and 9:00am
Monday 6th February between the hours of 11:00am and 1:00pm
And/or
Thursday 9th February between the hours of 12.30am and 2.30pm
Thursday 9th February between the hours of 4:00pm and 5:30pm
Please confirm your preferred attendance time to our site manager Garfield Williams by 5:00pm on Friday 3rd Feb 2023. You can visit the site office, call him on 07721 628436 or 020 8731 3800 or email info@sydenhamhillproject.com.
On the day of your time slot, please report to Garfield at our site offices in Otto Close for access to the site.
