Block A

Brickwork continues to 2nd - 3rd floor and perimeter
Lift installation commencement
Electrical testing to ground floor prior to lights being turned on
Joinery installation ground floor
Baths & kitchen plumbing, lights & switches - 1st floor
Plastering & mist coating, 2nd floor
Ceiling grids & plastering, 3rd floor
Brickwork and blockwork to roof

Block B

Internal blockwork to ground floor
Brickwork & internal walls, 1st - 2nd floor
Screed to 2nd floor due to complete
Internal walls & screed, 3rd floor
Windows & ductwork, 4th - 5th floor
External boarding, 6th floor
Roof blockwork (4th floor) & waterproofing (6th floor)

Block C

Brickwork, ground, 1st & 2nd floor
Wall insulation & boarding - lower ground floor
Mechanical & electrical testing & sign off, ground floor
Mechanical & electrical services first fix, 2nd & 3rd floor
Roof blockwork (4th floor), pitch roof covering & waterproofing (3rd floor)

Notes/Future works

Meet the Contractor event. It was great to meet those of you who visited the site on Wednesday 4 December - we hope you enjoyed the tour. We will share an update with some photos in our next Residents’ newsletter.
UKPN have carried out investigative works on the pavement on Sydenham Hill in relation to the electrical connection to the site. They have advised us that they will need a single lane road closure for further works required. Once they have let us know the date and timeframe we will advise you. We apologise in advance for the disruption this may cause.
Lovell Christmas Raffle - Hannah has today delivered tickets to residents for a raffle to win a new television. The draw will take place next week, and Lovell will contact the winner by Friday 13 December. Good Luck!
Children’s Christmas Gifts - Lovell are arranging presents for the children on the estate which will be donated by the workforce. The presents will be available for collection from the ballcourt from 4-5pm on Thursday 17 December.
The site will close for Christmas on Monday 23rd December and re-open on Thursday 2nd January.
