Dear Neighbour,

As previously communicated, there will be minimal on-site activity taking place this month. During this period, the primary focus will be on conducting surveys to gather additional information for the design process.

Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place from the week commencing Monday 26 June 2023, in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.

Monday 26 June – Friday 30 June

Works will include:

A small number of trial holes will be carried out in the Mais House area ahead of construction works
Potential groundwork investigations and surveys at Otto Close
Street works relating to the electricity supply taking place in Kirkdale

Saturday 1 July – Sunday 2 July

No works planned to take place.

Upcoming Event:

We look forward to seeing you at our Meet the Contractor Event on Wednesday 28 June at Lammas Green Community Centre. We will be there from 6pm with the presentation starting at 6.30pm.
