Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place from the week commencing Monday 25 November in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.

Monday 25 -Friday 29 November; Saturday 30 November (08.00 – 13.00)

Block A

Brickwork continues to 2nd & 3rd floor and colonnade
Scaffold adaption for brickwork as required
Mist coating on ground floor apartments
Boarding ceilings & plastering, 1st floor
Ceiling grids & boards, 2nd floor
Insulation of walls, 3rd floor
Brickwork and blockwork to roof

Block B

Brickwork - ground floor
Internal blockwork to ground floor
Screed to 1st & 2nd floor (weather dependent)
Internal walls & windows, 2nd – 3rd floor
External boarding & metal frame, 4th - 5th floor
Scaffolding installation to perimeter – 5th floor
Roof truss installation & waterproofing

Block C

Internal blockwork to ground floor
Brickwork – ground, 1st & 2nd floor
High level services installation, 2nd floor
Electrical first fix – 3rd floor
Internal walls 3rd floor
Roof blockwork, pitch roof covering & waterproofing

Otto Close

Scaffold adaption to houses 1-4 for blockwork
Joist installation to houses 8-11
Structural steel installation to first floor

Noisy works

Plant movement (excavators and dumpers)

Deliveries

Muck removal lorries in and out of main gate
Concrete lorries in and out of the delivery gate

Notes/Future works

Meet the Contractor – ‘Topping Out’ - change of date. You will have seen the separate invitation to our event which will now take place on Wednesday 4 December. We need to provide personal protective equipment for those who want to attend, so please let us know if you would like to come by filling in this form today. We look forward to seeing you there!
