As previously communicated, there will be minimal on-site activity taking place for most of June. During this period, the primary focus will be on conducting surveys to gather additional information for the design process.

Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place from the week commencing Monday 19 June 2023, in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.

Monday 19 June – Friday 23 June

Works will include:

Potential groundwork investigations and surveys at Otto Close
Street works relating to the electricity supply taking place in Kirkdale

Saturday 24 June – Sunday 25 June

No works planned to take place.

Upcoming Event:

We will be holding our third Meet the Contractor Event on Wednesday 28 June at Lammas Green Community Centre. Please come along to meet the team and ask any questions. Lovell will give a presentation with a construction programme update followed by a Q&A session with Lovell and City of London Corporation officers.
