Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place from the week commencing Monday 16 December in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.

Block A

Brickwork continues to 3rd floor and perimeter
Lift installation
Second fix electrical installation (lights & switches) - ground floor
Joinery installation ground & 1st floor
Baths & kitchen plumbing, lights & switches - 1st floor
Mist coating, 2nd floor
Ceiling boards & plastering, 3rd floor
Brickwork and blockwork to roof ongoing

Block B

Internal blockwork to ground floor & stair core
Perimeter brickwork, 1st - 2nd floor
Internal walls, 1st - 2nd floor
Screed to ground floor entrance area & 3rd floor
Ductwork & walls, 4th floor
External boarding & windows, 5th - 6th floor
Roof blockwork (4th floor) & waterproofing (6th floor)
Monoflex to scaffolding

Block C

Brickwork, 1st, 2nd & 3rd floor
Wall insulation - lower ground floor
Mechanical & electrical testing & sign off, ground floor
Mechanical & electrical services first fix, 2nd & 3rd floor
Roof blockwork (4th floor), pitch roof covering & waterproofing (3rd floor)

Otto Close

Blockwork continues, 1st & 2nd floor, houses 1-4
Brickwork & blockwork, houses 5-8
Scaffold strike & back propping, houses 8-11

Noisy works

Plant movement (excavators and dumpers)

Deliveries

Muck removal lorries in and out of main gate
Concrete lorries in and out of the delivery gate

Notes/Future works

Children’s Christmas Gifts - Lovell have arranged Christmas presents for the children on the estate which have been donated by their workforce. The presents will be available for collection from the ballcourt on Thursday 17 December from 4-5pm.
Electrical connection works on Sydenham Hill. UKPN have advised us that there is likely to be a single lane road closure on the road from 8 January 2025. We apologise in advance for the disruption this may cause.
The site will close for Christmas on Monday 23rd December and re-open on Thursday 2nd January. During this time there will be someone checking the site for any issues sporadically and there will be a security guard on site 24 hours.
