Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place from the week commencing Monday 14 April 2025 in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.
Easter Weekend
We will be closed for Easter from the end of the day Thursday 17 April until Tuesday 22 April. Security will be on site and we will have one person in on Saturday to check the apartments for leaks etc; there will be no trades on site.

Rainwater connections to balconies
Closing walls in ground floor entrance area
Curtain walling to atrium area
Mechanical riser door fireproofing
Finishing to corridors & ceilings
Floor loadout to all levels, install on 1st floor
Snagging & finals to all apartments
Gable brickwork, 4th floor
Block B
Gable brickwork
Mechanical first fix, ground floor
Plastering & mistcoat 2nd & 3rd floor apartments
Wall & ceiling closures, 3rd floor
Mechanical sign off, 4th & 5th floor
Lagging & Mechanical & Electrical sign off, 6th floor
Felt & batten to 7th floor roof
Completing Air Source Heat Pump connections
Block C
Plant connections in plantroom
Scaffold Strike starts Monday 14 April
Mastic to external windows & movement joints ongoing
Tiling to bathrooms & kitchens
Kitchen installations, 3rd floor
Ceiling closures & plastering, 3rd floor
Otto Close
Screed ground floor, roof covering & tiling, houses 1-7 *see deliveries
Installing roof trusses & dormas, houses 8-11
Deliveries
Screed vehicles will be in the road (Otto Close) on Thursday 17 April
There may be a scaffold collection this week – will confirm if this is likely to block Otto Close at any time.
